NUVITRONTM ELECTRONIC FUEL ECONOMIZER STORY

HISTORY

The birth of NUVITRONTM Electronic Fuel Economizer began when Mr. Perlito G. Cabauatan, a native of Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya, bought a second-hand utility van with a 2.400 liter displacement diesel engine in 1997, and was irritated with the noise that the engine generated. Having graduated as a Radio Technician from the University of the East, and having served as a Radio Operator in Saudi Arabia for 15 years before coming back to the Philippines in 1997, his keen and sensitive auditory functions were very much bothered by the clatter of the van’s engine. He had his van checked by a mechanic, and received the reply that the noise was normal. As a matter of fact, the mechanic said the engine was perfectly sound!

This response led him to think that there was therefore something in the wrong with the local fuels’ quality to effect such engine noise and vibration.

Armed with his passion for research, and his enthusiastic knowledge of electronics, he decided to work on a device that would address the concern. Thus, the conception of an electronic fuel economizer for internal combustion engines. Regardless to say, Mr. Perlito Cabauatan was not only able to reduce his engine’s noise to a steady purr, but he was also able to discover a technology that works miracles in terms of fuel consumption, harmful emissions, engine power, and so much more.

He applied for a patent for the gadget, with the endorsement of Hon. Congressman Carlos M. Padilla in 2000. On March 13, 2002 the Department of Science and Technology (DOST), through the Technology Application and Promotion Institute (TAPI), found the project meritorious “in view of positive findings”, as documented in a correspondence from (TAPI) dated August 24, 2001.

To date, the device has a PATENT PENDING No. 1-2002-000230.

The product would later be commercialized as NUVITRONTM, manufactured by the Cabauatan family members and relatives, in a single proprietorship enterprise owned by Mr. Perlito G. Cabauatan. NUVITRONTM had its soft launching in Baguio, advertised on radio and marketed for taxis and PUVs/PUJs. Almost just as soon, prospective distributors and dealers wanted to market the product. Many had their taxis and private vehicles installed with the product, with very positive results and testimonies.

A businessman in Baguio wanted to pursue the exclusive distributorship of NUVITRONTM. Such endeavor was short-lived though. And because of management differences and inadequate distributorship capabilities, the partnership did not have fruition. However, this did not stop the Cabauatan family from pursuing the project in the desire to make available to Filipinos such technology.

Undaunted by any setback, Mr. Cabauatan entered exhibits such as the DOST-sponsored National Inventors’ Week of 2004, 2006, and 2007, and the Panagyaman, a yearly Vizcaya trade exhibit. His purpose was to let people know that fuels, substandard as they may be, could be maximized in their vehicles with NUVITRONTM, thus saving on fuel costs. Because of this information drive, many motorists and transport groups had their vehicles installed with the invention.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Liquid fuel molecules tend to cling to each other by their natural attraction. These particles pass through the fuel line in bunches or clusters. When they are fed into the combustion chamber, they are not completely burned resulting in polluted emissions detrimental to our environment.

NUVITRONTM Electronic Fuel Economizer applies digital signals at a scientifically specified rate so that there is no chance for the particles to coagulate. It forces the fuels to be freed from their molecular bonds and makes them evenly spaced.

When the fuel is fed into the combustion chamber, most of the fuel is burned, reducing fuel loss, and resulting in almost total combustion. The results are bigger fuel savings, more engine power, lesser engine noise, and cleaner emissions.

The frequency produced by the device processes the fuel particles and increases their potency for easier combustion.

NUVITRONTM Electronic Fuel Economizer’s action on fuel is analogous to:
Chewing food properly for better digestion,
Chopping logs into smaller pieces for easier combustion, and
The use of ultrasound technology to dissolve kidney stones.

FEATURES

Fuel Economy of 20-30% or more – No fuel is left unburnt and wasted.
Better acceleration and more engine power – Because the vehicle’s engine is not pressured to process inferior-quality fuel.
Cleaner emissions - Due to enhanced fuel combustion.
Lower engine noise and lesser vibrations – Engine experiences lesser strain.
Adaptable to any engine – Gasoline or diesel engines; from motorbikes to 10-wheeler trucks.
Plug-and-Play technology - Absolutely no mechanical manipulations nor chemical additives are made or added to your engine!.
Upgradeable to special functions and purposes – NUVITRONTM design is applicable to land, water and air transportation vehicles.
Safe and lightweight – NUVITRONTM Auxiliary Unit puts no strain on the fuel line.
Very affordable and reasonably priced – It is the most pocket-friendly, state-of-the-art fuel-saving device among its competitors!

REALIZATION OF A DREAM

The inventor explained the principle of NUVITRONTM Electronic Fuel Economizer to a number of fascinated guests during the 2004 National Inventors’ Week. Mr. Perlito Cabauatan’s vision of providing an effective means of alleviating the constantly rising cost of fuel and being able to help save the environment at the same time was made tangible when during the 2004 National Inventors’ Week, NUVITRONTM Electronic Fuel Economizer held its first exhibit at Philtrade Center in Pasay City.

The inventor, Mr. Cabauatan, presented his invention NUVITRONTM to Hon. Congressman Carlos M. Padilla. On April 4, 2008, Hon. Congressman Carlos M. Padilla of the Lone District of Vizcaya endorsed NUVITRONTM to the Secretary Of the Department of Public Works and Highways, Hon. Hermogenes Ebdane, for the Department’s presentation, assessment, and possible approval, for company and end users. At the same time, a fleet of Nueva Vizcaya service vehicles awaited NUVITRONTM installation.

Private vehicles installed with NUVITRONTM show the versatility of its application to aftermarket engines and latest model cars, diesel or gasoline.

RECENT EVENTS AND UPDATES:

Last April 21-25, 2008, NUVITRONICS TECHNOLOGIES INCORPORATED entered the exhibit at the LAND TRANSPORTATION OFFICE, East Avenue, Quezon City, for LTO’s 95th Foundation Anniversary.

The recently concluded ALIWAN FESTIVAL held at PICC Complex last May1-3, celebrating the various showcases of cultural pride, included, NUVITRONTM.
